Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Delivery, setup, and strike are quoted alongside the kit — we don't ship bare dry-hire that turns into a problem on site. We cover London and the Home Counties by default; further afield by arrangement.
What's included in the day rate?
The listed rate is per 24-hour period for the equipment itself. Delivery, setup/strike, and technician time are quoted separately so you see exactly where the cost sits.
Can I hire a technician with the kit?
Almost always worth it. Send a brief and we'll quote senior crew where it helps — lighting programmer, sound engineer, or a specialist for the exact brand in question.
Is your kit insured?
Yes — public liability and equipment insurance as standard. Venue-specific paperwork (RAMS, PAT, load certs) supplied on request.
Do you load-cert the truss?
Yes. Prolyte stock ships with manufacturer load certificates on request, and we'll supply rigging RAMS and SWL calculations for venue submissions.
