Once date and venue are fixed. Weekends and peak months go first. Last-minute if we’re free. Ask with the date.
Production: we design and run the technical show, usually with crew. Hire: you take the kit; you or your operators run it. Jobs often mix both, e.g. CDJs on hire with lighting and an operator from us. The quote shows the split.
Yes, when a venue has a preferred-supplier process we work inside it. If you’ve already booked the room, send their tech rules with the brief.
